Commercial Management Trainee Program

In cooperation with SAGIA (Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority); Siemens Ltd. -
Saudi Arabia, the pioneer company in Power, Automation & Control, Medical, Industrial and
Technological fields is proud to announce its new Generation21 initiative “Commercial
Management Trainee Program”.
This program will be conducted for 30 months comprising of 3 modules as follows:
Module 1: Basic Commercial Education (BCE) for 6 months consisting of theoretical training
and practical application in various business units. Topics covered: Business Administration /
Financial Accounting, Economics, Types of Businesses, Project Management & Risk
Management Calculation, Marketing & Sales, Cost Accounting, Final Exam and Business
Simulation / Knowledge Transfer.
Module 2: On-the-Job Training (OJT) for 12 months fulfilling an assignment within the
company.
Module 3: Advanced Commercial Education (ACE) for 12 months consisting of theoretical
trainings and practical application in various business units. Topics covered: Financial
Accounting, Web Based Training, Controlling, Strategy, Sales Process, Project Work,
Accounting Training @ Siemens, Project (Case Study) and Final Exam.
The course will ensure trainees training in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting. A
monthly salary and medical insurance coverage will be provided during the course. And after
the course, excellent trainees will be guaranteed with a job in Siemens Ltd. – Saudi Arabia.
